This app is intended for clinicians and is not for use by consumers.

1. What the App stores on your device

1.1 Doctoria Ltd (company no. 13487661) uses only the storage the Ozana AI Scribe app needs to work securely. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking technologies. Consultation content is never stored on your device.

1.2 UK and EU law covers any information stored on or read from your device, not only browser cookies. The App uses the following:

Item	Purpose	Duration
Sign-in token	Keeps you signed in securely	Until you sign out or the session expires
Acceptance record	Records which versions of our Terms, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy you accepted	Until a new version is issued
App settings	Remembers your language and display preferences	Until you change them or delete the App
Sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft	Set by that provider if you choose to use it	Under the provider's own policy

1.3 These items do not need your consent because the App cannot work securely without them.

2. Your choices

2.1 If we add optional analytics or crash reporting in future, it will stay off unless you agree to it in the App.

2.2 Signing out removes your sign-in token. Deleting the App removes everything it has stored on your device.

2.3 If this policy changes, we will ask you to accept it again when you next sign in.
